A 5-Day Journey into Mastering the Art of Meditation

Discover the transformative power of meditation in this 5-day immersive experience, Alchemy of Meditation. Designed to explore foundational techniques and empower you to sequence and guide meditations, this training introduces you to the practices of Shamatha (calm abiding), Vipassana (insight and inquiry), Shunyata (emptiness as the womb of creation), and Heart Coherence (the alignment of heart and mind). Split into evening meditation practices during the week and full-day workshops over the weekend, this training offers a blend of personal practice and facilitation skills to deepen your meditation journey.

Schedule Overview

Wednesday – Friday (7:30 PM – 9:00 PM): Evening Meditation Practices.

Each evening session focuses on a specific meditation technique, combining practice and discussion to build your understanding and experience.

 

Saturday – Sunday (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM): Meditation Sequencing and Facilitation Training

Across the weekend, learn how to sequence meditation practices and guide others effectively, creating impactful meditative experiences.

 

Day-by-Day Breakdown

 

Wednesday: Introduction to Shamatha (Calm Abiding)

               •             Explore the foundational practice of meditation by cultivating focus and stability of mind.

               •             Practice a simple technique such as breath awareness to anchor the mind and soothe the nervous system.

               •             Discuss how Shamatha prepares the mind for deeper meditation and emotional resilience.

 

Thursday: Introduction to Vipassana (Insight and Inquiry)

               •             Discover the practice of mindful observation and inquiry.

               •             Explore body scanning and techniques for observing thoughts and emotions without attachment.

               •             Learn how Vipassana enhances self-awareness and clarity, offering insight into the mind’s patterns.

 

Friday: Introduction to Shunyata (Emptiness)

               •             Experience Shunyata as the fertile ground for transformation and creation.

               •             Practice meditations to dissolve the sense of self and connect with universal flow.

               •             Understand how emptiness nurtures creativity, healing, and spiritual growth.

 

Saturday: Heart Coherence and Meditation Sequencing

 

Morning

               •             Introduction to Heart Coherence: Aligning the heart and mind to foster emotional balance and resilience.

               •             Practice heart-centred meditation techniques to amplify compassion, intuition, and connection.

 

Afternoon

               •             Learn the art of meditation sequencing: combining Shamatha, Vipassana, Shunyata, and Heart Coherence into cohesive practices.

               •             Practice designing sequences for specific intentions, such as grounding, healing, or empowerment.

 

Sunday: Enhanced Meditation Sequencing and Facilitation

 

Morning

               •             Deepen your meditation sequencing skills by exploring creative transitions between techniques.

               •             Personalise sequences based on individual or group needs and goals.

 

Afternoon

               •             Learn facilitation skills to guide meditations confidently for individuals and groups.

               •             Practice leading meditation sequences, receive constructive feedback, and refine your approach.

               •             Conclude with a closing ceremony to integrate and embody your learnings.
